ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT

ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
OF
VINTAGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.
(A Florida Not-For-Profit Corporation)

1.         Article I of the Articles of Incorporation of Vintage Community Association, Inc. is amended to read as follows:

ARTICLE I

1. NAME

The name of the corporation is:  Vines Community Association, Inc.

The principal place of business of this corporation shall be 19501 Vintage Trace Circle, Fort Myers, Florida 33912.

2.         The foregoing amendment was adopted by the directors and members of this corporation on July 27, 1989.
