Grand Palm
As you travel across the bridge and down the palm-lined boulevard leading to Grand Palm Village, you know that you are approaching a special place. Grand Palm, a village of coach homes overlooking the first, second, and third holes of the spectacular Estero Country Club golf course, delivers on that promise.
Each of the 20 buildings in Grand Palm houses four private residences, two on each floor, making all corner units. Two- and three-bedroom floor plans are available. Both plans include a great room, dining area, two baths and a laundry room. The second floor units have cathedral ceilings in the great room.
