Silver Oaks
Silver
Oaks is a community of sixty-four single family golf villas reminiscent
of British Colonial design. Designed by architect Randall Stofft
of Boca Raton, Florida, Silver Oaks is within the community of The
Vines. The neighborhood is situated between the 12th and 15th holes
of Estero Country Club Golf Course.
The community is nestled among silver oaks and queen palm trees. Although several homes have their own private swimming pools and spas, there is a community pool which is the site for monthly pool parties where cocktails and hors d’oeuvres are enjoyed.
Golf is the main activity of these households, but biking, walking
and jogging, bridge, and book clubs are also available. Equity members
of the Estero Country Club have use of a 40,000 square foot recently
renovated club house, tennis courts, card rooms, men’s grill,
Mulligan’s bar and formal and casual dining.
With the gentle breezes of Estero Bay soothing the spirit, Silver Oaks is a "little bit of paradise" in rapidly growing Estero, Florida.
